The Standard, Maldives passed into new hands under Hyatt management

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality has announced the successful sale of The Standard Huruvalhi Maldives, marking another significant milestone in the Maldivian resort sector.
The resort was owned by renowned Maldivian businessman Amir Mansoor. However, the buyer’s details remain unknown.
Originally launched as the first island retreat under The Standard Hotels’ portfolio, The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives has become a distinctive player in the luxury hospitality landscape. The resort will continue to operate under the management of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, maintaining its established reputation for high-quality guest experiences.
